Usage Policy

This Usage Policy explains how you may use FacePika. It applies to the FacePika Android app, this website, templates, and any result you create, save, or share. It is part of our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use FacePika.

FacePika is for lawful, consensual creative use. You must have the rights and permission required for every face, photo, video, and other media you use.

1. Consent and authorization

Use a person's face or likeness only with their authorization. Use a photo, video, or other file only when you have the right to edit and share it. If you do not have that permission, do not use the media.

A template being available in the app does not mean every use of it is allowed. You are responsible for the media you choose and for how you use the result.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not use FacePika to create, request, store, or distribute any of the following.

Non-consensual or pornographic deepfakes

Sexual, nude, or intimate imagery of any real person without that person's explicit consent
Any sexual content involving minors
Any other sexualized depiction of a person who did not agree to it

Defamation and deception

Content that defames, harasses, threatens, or humiliates a person
Fraud, scams, or deceptive impersonation
Deepfakes presented as a real event, statement, interview, or endorsement

Unauthorized use

Using another person's face or likeness without authorization
Content that infringes portrait, privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights
Editing or publishing media you do not have the right to use

3. Sharing results

You are responsible for results you save or share. If a viewer could reasonably think a result is unedited footage of a real person or event, say that it was edited or generated with AI before you publish it.

4. Enforcement

You are responsible for your use of FacePika and for harm caused by content you create or share. We may refuse support, limit features, or suspend access when we believe this policy was violated, and we may cooperate with lawful requests related to abuse.
