This Privacy Policy explains how FacePika ("FacePika," "we," "our," or "us") handles information when you use the FacePika Android application, website, and related services (together, the "Service").
FacePika's core face-swap engine processes the photos and videos you select on your Android device. The app analyzes facial landmarks and related face geometry only to create the requested result. FacePika does not upload your selected source or target media to our servers as part of the core face-swap operation, and we do not create or store server-side facial-recognition templates from that media.
Your projects and generated results remain in local app storage or another location you choose on your device until you delete, export, or share them. If you intentionally share a result through another app or send media to support, that transfer is controlled by the service or channel you choose and is subject to its privacy terms.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as needed to provide the Service you request, with your consent, to comply with law, or for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, support, and product improvement. You can decline optional permissions, sign-in connections, or analytics choices where the app or operating system provides those controls, although some features may then be unavailable.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the Service, with your direction or consent, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Face-swap projects and generated results stored by the app remain on your device until you remove them, clear app data, or uninstall the app, subject to Android backup settings. Server-side account, credit, subscription, transaction, security, and support records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and service provider.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You can submit an account-deletion request through the app or the account deletion page, or contact us using the address below. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, or under the higher minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are not permitted to use the Service. If you believe a child has provided such information, please contact us.
We may update this Policy as the Service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised version, update the date above, and provide additional notice when required by law.
