These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FacePika Android application, website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FacePika provides AI-assisted tools for swapping faces in supported photos and videos on Android. Features may include custom media, downloadable templates, multiple-face tools, local project storage, account services, trial credits, paid credits, advertising, and Pro subscriptions. Features, availability, output, and device compatibility may change over time.
FacePika is free to download. Free or trial access does not mean every feature or creation is free or unlimited. Current credit costs, subscription benefits, ads, watermarks, limits, prices, billing periods, and eligibility are shown in the app or at checkout before purchase.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country, and legally able to accept these Terms. You are responsible for activity associated with your app user ID or connected account and for keeping access credentials secure. Information you provide must be accurate.
You may use the Service only lawfully and responsibly. You must have the necessary rights and consent for every face, photo, video, audio track, and other item you use. You are responsible for reviewing generated results and for how you save, publish, or share them.
You must not use the Service to create, possess, or distribute:
When appropriate, clearly disclose that shared content was edited or generated with AI.
You retain any rights you already hold in media you select and in generated results, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You grant FacePika only the limited rights needed to operate features you request. Because the core face-swap operation runs on your device, selected source and target media is not uploaded to our servers for that operation. If you intentionally send content to support or share it through another service, that separate transfer is governed by the channel you choose.
FacePika does not grant you rights to third-party people, characters, brands, music, films, templates, or other material. A template's availability in the app does not guarantee that every use is lawful in every location or context.
Some creations or templates consume credits. FacePika may provide trial or promotional credits and may set different credit costs by feature, template type, or video length. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be subject to the validity or promotional terms shown when granted or purchased.
Pro subscriptions may unlock specified features or benefits, such as eligible Pro templates, custom creation options, reduced ads, or watermark removal. The exact benefits displayed at purchase control. A subscription does not necessarily remove credit requirements for every feature unless the purchase screen expressly says so.
Payments may be processed by Google Play or another provider shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the deadline stated by the payment provider. Manage or cancel a subscription using that provider's account or customer portal. Deleting FacePika does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Refund eligibility and timing are governed by applicable law and the payment provider's terms. Except where law requires otherwise, used credits, partially used billing periods, and promotional credits are not refundable.
Face-swap results are generated automatically and may contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected output. Results vary with face visibility, pose, lighting, motion, media quality, template, device resources, and other factors. Processing time, resolution, audio handling, and format support also vary by device and input. We do not promise a specific speed, quality level, number of templates, or result.
The Service may require internet access to download models, templates, configuration, and updates or to provide accounts, credits, payments, subscriptions, and analytics, even though the core face-swap operation runs on the device.
The Service, including its software, interface, branding, models, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to FacePika and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the Service, remove rights notices, or bypass access, payment, credit, security, or usage controls.
Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices. FacePika may request access to photos, videos, storage, camera, or other device capabilities only when needed for features you choose. You can manage permissions in Android settings, but disabling one may prevent the related feature from working.
The Service may link to or depend on third-party app stores, payment providers, sign-in providers, websites, templates, and sharing destinations. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. FacePika is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.
You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, templates, prices, or support for particular devices. We aim to operate the Service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Updates may be required for continued use.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We do not guarantee that results will be accurate, realistic, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of third-party claims.
To the extent permitted by law, FacePika and its developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any direct liability that can lawfully be limited will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms as the Service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised version, update the date above, and provide additional notice when required. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Service.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to your use of the Service and the Service provider, without limiting mandatory consumer-protection rights available where you live. Any dispute not resolved informally may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not require arbitration unless you and FacePika separately agree to it where lawful.
If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer these Terms as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of the Service, subject to applicable law.
