By accessing and using FacePika iOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our iOS Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
FacePika iOS (first release) provides template-based face swap for photos only. Video face swap is not included in this release. The service may include both free and premium features.
Users are prohibited from creating, uploading, or sharing:
You retain ownership of the photos you use with FacePika iOS. By using our service, you grant us only the permissions required for on-device processing on your own device.
The face-swapped results generated on your device may be used by you for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.
You may not use generated content to impersonate others, create misleading content, or conduct fraud, harassment, or other illegal activities.
Certain features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Pricing and billing terms are displayed in the app and may change with notice.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple App Store account settings.
Refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies. We do not provide direct refunds for partially used subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
Face swap results are generated by AI and may not be fully accurate or realistic. Results vary based on image quality, lighting, angles, and template suitability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that generated results will satisfy all intended use cases.
You must use AI-generated content responsibly and comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
The app and its original content, features, functionality, AI models, and technology are owned by FacePika and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The app may request access to your camera and photo library to provide template-based photo face swap. You can control permissions in your iOS settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FacePika and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FacePika from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, updates, compliance, or operational reasons.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be published in the app or on our website with an updated "Last updated" date.
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdictions where our services are offered, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, where required by law, may be brought before competent courts or authorized dispute resolution bodies.
