2. iOS First Release Data Processing Scope

In the first iOS release:

• The feature scope is template-based face swap for photos only
• Video face swap is not supported
• Processing is performed fully on-device
• Generated results are saved only to your local device (such as Photos) based on your actions

3. Information We Process

3.1 User-Selected Images

We process the photos you select for template-based face swap on your device to produce face swap results.

3.2 Biometric and Facial Feature Processing

Facial feature analysis required for face swap is performed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or retain facial recognition templates or biometric identifiers on our servers for this iOS release.

3.3 Minimal Operational Data

We may process limited technical information necessary for app stability, security, and troubleshooting (for example app version and crash diagnostics), subject to your device settings and applicable law.

4. Data Storage and Retention

4.1 No Server Upload for Face Swap Inputs/Outputs

For this iOS release, photos used for face swap and generated face swap results are not uploaded to our servers as part of normal feature processing.

4.2 Local Storage

Generated results are stored locally on your device only when you choose to save them.

4.3 Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. For this iOS release, we do not share face swap input photos or generated outputs with third parties as part of normal processing.
