FacePika Android is a face swap application that uses artificial intelligence technology to allow users to swap faces in photos and videos. The service includes both free and premium features.

You retain ownership of the original photos and videos you upload to FacePika Android. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing face swap services.
The face-swapped results created using our AI technology may be used by you for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.
You may not use generated content to impersonate others, create misleading content, or for any commercial purpose without proper disclosure that the content was created using AI.
Certain features require a paid subscription or credit purchase. Pricing and billing terms are displayed in the app and may change with notice.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings.
Refunds are subject to the policies of your device's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). We do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods or unused credits.
Some features use a credit-based system. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused credits may expire according to the terms displayed in the app.
The face swap results are generated by AI technology and may not be 100% accurate or realistic. Results may vary in quality depending on the input images, lighting, angles, and other factors.
We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements or that the results will be satisfactory for your intended use.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content should be used responsibly and with appropriate disclosure when shared publicly.
The app and its original content, features, functionality, AI models, and technology are owned by FacePika and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of FacePika Android is also governed by our Android Privacy Policy. Please review the policy to understand our data practices, including how we handle biometric data from face processing.
The app may request access to your device's camera, photo library, and storage to provide face swap services. You can control these permissions through your device settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FacePika and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FacePika from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these terms or any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdictions where our services are offered, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country or region of residence.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations. Where required by applicable law, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies in your jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
